Truoc het xay ca' (whiting), egg white, cream, cracked pepper, a pin of salt and shallots:
Sau do, cho mix na`y vao cling-wrap va cuon chat lai:
Buoc tum 2 dau va cho vao` noi nuoc soi lim rim...Khoang 12phut la chin'. Tran spinach, fry whiting, and serve with Beurre Blanc sauce (White wine reduction with bay leave, thyme, pepper, cream and butter) - Serve with bread
